1-Year Warranty – No Questions Asked

Here’s the deal: All equipment comes with 1-year warranty. If anything goes wrong or stops working, we replace it with a new one. No questions asked.

What’s covered: Manufacturing defects, electronic failures, battery issues, display problems, button failures – basically anything that’s our fault.

What’s NOT covered: If you drive over it with your car, drop it from a cliff, or decide to test if it’s waterproof by throwing it in the dam – that’s on you. We’re happy to repair it, but there’ll be a bill.

Warranty Claims Process

7-Day “Don’t Like It” Return Policy

Seven days from delivery: If the equipment doesn’t do what we said it can do, or you just change your mind – send it back. Full refund. No questions asked.

Conditions: Equipment must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. If you’ve dropped it in the mud or lost the controller, we’ll deduct those costs from the refund.

Refund timeline: 2 business days after we receive and inspect.

Delivery: 7-10 Working Days, Door-to-Door

How it works: You order and pay → We order from manufacturer → Ships to you (7-10 working days) → Delivered to your door anywhere in South Africa.

Price includes: Everything. The price you see is what you pay. No hidden costs, no surprise fees, no “oh by the way you need to buy this software license” nonsense.

Tracking: We’ll email you updates through the whole journey: “Packed” → “On the ship” → “At customs in Asia” → “Through SA customs” → “On the courier” → “Out for delivery” → “Done!”
